Frequently asked questions

A few things you may want to know before writing. You can send questions not covered here via the form.

5 questions
How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline depends on the number of pages, whether the content is ready and the features required. We clarify the scope together in the first meeting and share the schedule along with the quote.

How is pricing determined?

Every service has fixed-price packages on its own page, and the price you see is the total you pay. For bespoke projects that don't fit a package, we prepare a clear quote after a short call, setting out exactly what is included.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely on the site by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by bank transfer to our Wise business account. Your card details never reach us; prices can be shown in pounds, euros or dollars.

Can I cancel my order?

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay only for the work done until then; digital products cannot be returned once accessed. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time for the end of the current period.

Do you help with domain names and hosting?

Yes. We can work with your existing domain and hosting; if you don't have them, we will choose suitable options together and help with setup and launch.
