Main characteristics of the service or product
The main characteristics, scope, quantity or duration and billing period (one-off, monthly or yearly) of each Service or Digital Product are shown on its package page on dgrweb.com and confirmed in the written quote we e-mail to you. Bespoke work is described in the quote.
Total price
- The total price including all taxes is shown on the package page and on the quote. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
- There are no delivery or shipping charges and no extra fees that are not on the quote.
- Prices are based on pounds sterling (GBP); EUR and USD amounts are for information and the currency of payment is confirmed on the quote and invoice.
Payment
No payment is taken on dgrweb.com. After you accept the quote we e-mail you an invoice and the payment details privately. You pay by bank transfer or, where offered, by card through a secure payment link from a licensed payment service provider; your card details are entered only on that provider's page. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance for each period. For projects over £1,500 a deposit (normally 50%) may be requested if stated on the quote. We do not ask for any other security or guarantee.
Performance and delivery
- Services are performed and delivered online within the time shown on the package page and the quote. The time starts when your payment (or deposit) and the content and access we need from you have reached us.
- Digital Products are delivered within one working day of payment by e-mail (licence and secure download link) or by installation on your server.

Right of withdrawal
- As a consumer you may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving reasons and without penalty, by sending a clear statement to contact@dgrweb.com or by post to Suite 11348, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. You may use the model form in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your notice, by the same method you used to pay, at no cost to you.
- Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has started with your approval before the withdrawal period ends, or to digital content and software delivered instantly in electronic form with your approval (Article 15(1)(h) and (ğ) of the Regulation). In your favour, if a Service started at your request has not been fully performed, we refund the part not yet performed.
Digital products: functionality and compatibility
The server requirements (for example PHP and database versions), compatible environments, licence scope (normally one domain) and any technical protection measures of a Digital Product are stated on its product page or in the quote. Live demos show how the product works. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure whether it will work with your hosting.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@dgrweb.com; we aim to reply in full within 14 days. Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade (see the Distance Sales Contract). Language, record and correction of errors
The contract is available in Turkish and English. We keep a record of the contract and send it to you by e-mail; you can ask for a copy at any time. Until you accept the quote, you can correct any details by replying to our e-mail.
