This policy explains how ordering, payment and delivery work with DGRWEB LIMITED. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If anything is unclear, please contact us before you order.
Prices
- Every package on dgrweb.com shows a fixed price, whether it is a one-off payment or a monthly or yearly subscription, and the expected delivery time.
- Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). Euro (EUR) and US dollar (USD) amounts are shown for convenience; the currency you pay in is confirmed on your quote and invoice.
- 현재 VAT 등록이 되어 있지 않아 VAT가 부과되지 않습니다.
- The price on your written quote is the total you pay. There are no hidden fees. Third-party costs that are not part of our service (for example advertising budgets paid to ad platforms, domain names or paid plugins) are only charged if you agree to them in writing first.
How ordering works
- You choose a package and send us a request through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone. No payment is taken on dgrweb.com.
- Within one working day we confirm the scope, total price, timeline and payment method in writing.
- When you accept, we send you an invoice from DGRWEB LIMITED.
- You pay the invoice using one of the methods below, and we start the work on the agreed date.
Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe: your invoice includes a secure payment link to a page hosted by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and never reach our servers. Stripe may carry out fraud checks.
- Bank transfer through Wise: we give you the account details of our Wise business account in GBP, EUR or USD, and a payment reference. Please use the reference so we can match your payment.
- Subscriptions: monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance at the start of each period, by recurring card payment through Stripe or by a transfer request each period. You can cancel for the end of the current period at any time.
- Larger projects: for projects over £1,500 we may ask for a deposit (normally 50%) before work starts and the balance on completion. This is always set out on your quote.
We never ask for card details by e-mail, phone or chat. All payments are made to DGRWEB LIMITED.
Delivery
- Services (websites, online stores, social media, fan account and community management, SEO, advertising, e-mail marketing, branding) are delivered online. The delivery time shown on each package starts when we have received your payment (or deposit) and the content we need from you.
- Monthly services start within the number of working days stated on the package and run until you cancel.
- Digital products (e-commerce scripts) are delivered by e-mail within one working day of payment: a licence and a secure download link. There is no physical shipping.
- If a delivery date is going to change, we tell you in writing as soon as we know and agree a new date with you.
Cancellations and refunds
Consumers in the UK have a 14-day right to cancel most services and digital content. How this works, when it ends and how refunds are made is explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a payment or a delivery, please contact us first at contact@dgrweb.com so that we can put it right quickly. We reply within one working day.
